Electric Supply:
Interim Electricity supply with a capacity of 35.6 MV is expected to be connected by National Electricity Corporation (TNB) in the first quarter of 2021
TNB has approved 249.13 MW of electric supply for phase 1 and 156.45 MW for phase 2.

The construction of 2.2 MLD (600,000 gallons) water tanks have been completed
The main water supply is supported by the Ganchong Phase 3A Water Project under ECERDC completed on December 2019 with 80 MLD of water capacity for the development of TAIA
